Fallen behind with Very & Littlewoods who to pay first?

I also informed them that before this date I have always been on time.

I have offered a £40 payment this month and explained my situation with Littlewoods aswell and that I will be paying that so as not to receive anymore charges. Followed by half the payment they will ask for next month.

Im hoping as its quite a large amount it catches up quickly!

Was your email a complaint?

If not, you need to send a complaint about asking you to pay more than you can afford, despite you communicating with them.

Also mention about not treating you fairly.

State that you are happy to involve the FOS if needed.

Re-iterate the amounts anpd timeframes involved.

Complaints are the only way to get this lot to listen.
