How many times a day can you enter?

There's just a few up in the gallery already, 3 are from Jules and 3 are from Delia.....are we only ment to enter once a day ?

The competition
1.1.The competition is being organised by Emmi Schweiz AG, Landenbergstrasse 1, 6002 Lucerne (the Organiser) and is being run by PANORAMA3000 GmbH & Co. KG, Oranienstrasse 6, 10997 Berlin, tel.: +49 (0)30 805 799 6-60, fax: +49 (0)30 805 799 6-66, e-mail: info@p3000.net (the Agency).
1.2.The competition will take place between 00.01 a.m. (GMT +1) on 6 May 2015 and 11.59 p.m. (GMT +1) on 14 August 2015. By entering the competition, the participant expressly accepts these terms and conditions. Participants can enter the competition at emmi-caffelatte.com/freshkicks and the associated national websites (Germany, Austria, Switzerland – German/French, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Belgium – German, French, Dutch, English).
1.3.The Organiser and the Agency are making the competition available online through the website https://www.emmi-caffelatte.com/freshkick and also on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram in the UK. Internet access and a suitable web-enabled end device are required to participate.
1.4.Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services. The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into concerning the competition.

Who can enter?
2.1.Any person who is permanently resident in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Principality of Liechtenstein or the United Kingdom is eligible to enter.
2.2.Employees of Emmi Schweiz AG and affiliated companies, freelance contractors and agents and their immediate family members, the Agency and its employees, freelance contractors and agents and their family members and other persons who are professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.
2.3.Participants may enter the competition more than once.
2.4.The close of entries for the daily prize is at 11.59 p.m. (GMT +1) on the respective day. To enter, participants need to send in the completed competition form.

How can I enter?
3.1.During the promotional period, each participant has the chance to win an iPhone 6 every day. Each participant may only win one prize. To enter, the participant must tackle the daily #FRESHKICK in the form of a photo. The task is deemed to be completed if the participant submits a photo that corresponds to the daily #FRESHKICK.
3.2.The Organiser and the Agency reserve the right to exclude submissions from the competition and to delete them if they do not fulfil the task or if they contain insults, inaccuracies, infringements of competition, trademark or copyright law, violence, threats, self-harm, bullying, harassment, hate speech, explicit content, nudity, the intellectual property of third parties or content that poses a risk to safety. In such cases, prizes may also be disallowed in retrospect and the return of a prize may be demanded.
3.3.The participant indemnifies the Organiser and the Agency from all claims arising in connection with such non-permitted entries.
3.4.The submitted photo may show the participant carrying out the #FRESHKICK for the day in question. On each day of the competition, there will be a different #FRESHKICK, chosen in advance, so participants must upload a different picture on each day they wish to participate.
3.5.Uploaded pictures will be checked prior to publication for possible obscenity or other undesired, e.g. discriminatory, content. The Organiser and the Agency reserve the right at their sole discretion not to publish an uploaded image. If this happens, the participant will be notified by e-mail and barred from entering the competition with this image. If an image is particularly offensive or unsuitable, the Organiser and the Agency reserve the right to permanently exclude the participant.
3.6.The participant who uploads an image affirms that he/she is the sole creator of this image or holds all the necessary usage rights for the purposes of the competition. If the photo depicts other persons or property in addition to the participant in recognisable form, the participant affirms that he/she has the consent of such persons to freely dispose of the image for the purposes of the competition and in particular to disseminate it to third parties and publish it on the Internet. In general, the participant affirms that he/she has respected all relevant usage rights, ancillary copyrights and other rights relating to the image and that the photo is free of third-party rights.
3.7.By entering this competition and/or uploading the photo, the participant transfers all transferable usage rights to the photo, unlimited in time and without geographic or content-related restrictions, to the Organiser, particularly the right to publish the photo on emmi-caffelatte.com or make it otherwise publicly available, the right of duplication and the right to give third parties usage rights for the photo. No payment shall be due. The participant will take all necessary steps and obtain all necessary documents to assert the rights promised here to the Organiser. In particular, the participant may be required to personally assert the rights of the Organiser. The participant indemnifies the Organiser and the Agency from all claims arising against the Organiser or the Agency in connection with the uploaded image.
3.8.Participation via competition services and automated competition procedures (or similar) is not permitted. The Organiser and the Agency reserve the right to remove or exclude participants from the competition without stating reasons. Participants who try to disrupt the competition or give themselves an unfair advantage by using prohibited tools shall also be excluded from taking part.
3.9.The Organiser cannot be held accountable for entries submitted via social media platforms which are not visible or searchable due to user’s social media privacy settings.

What is the prize?
4.1.Throughout the promotional period, one iPhone 6 with 16 GB memory will be offered as a prize every day. Prizes may not be exchanged or paid out in cash.
4.2.If a prize (or part of the prize if applicable) is no longer available for reasons beyond the Organiser’s control, the Organiser reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of the same value at its own discretion.

How will the winner be selected and notified?
5.1.At the end of each round of the competition, the winner of the round will be drawn at random from all eligible entries .
5.2.Winners will be notified by e-mail after the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted using the e-mail address provided within 14 days, or if he/she fails to confirm his/her address details during this period, the prize will be forfeited.
5.3.The winning photo and the winner’s first name will be published on the following day in the appropriate #FRESHKICKs gallery.
5.4.The Organiser and the Agency accept no liability if the winner’s notification is lost when electronically sent and/or does not reach the winner for reasons beyond its control.

How will I receive my prize?
When the winners are notified, they will be requested to send their address by e-mail. The prize will then be sent immediately by registered mail to the postal address provided. The notified winners are responsible for providing the correct names and addresses. If a prize cannot be delivered, the potential winner loses all rights to the prize and another winner will be drawn.

How an alternative winner is chosen
If a winner does not respond within the specified time, as described in Section 5.2, or if the prize cannot be delivered, as described in Section 6, a new winner will be drawn at random from the remaining participants (not including persons already contacted as winners). The new winner will be notified in accordance with Sections 5 and 6. If the new winner also does not respond to the Agency within 14 days of the notification or if the prize again cannot be delivered, another winner will be drawn from the remaining participants. This process will be repeated until all prizes have been awarded.

Miscellaneous
The Organiser hereby makes it known that the availability and functioning of the competition cannot be guaranteed. If the competition has to be ended or removed due to external circumstances or constraints, e.g. technical problems, rule changes or decisions by platforms such as Facebook, participants shall not be entitled to make any claims against the Organiser or the Agency. If any individual provisions of these terms and conditions are or become ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The Organiser shall not accept any contractual, non-contractual or other liability as far as this is legally admissible, particularly any liability connected in any way with the prize.

Changes to the terms and conditions
The Organiser reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time if there are good reasons for doing so. The Organiser will make every effort to ensure that any changes do not affect participation in the competition. If any individual provisions should be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions of use shall not be affected.

Contacting participants
The Organiser and the Agency can reserve the right to send participants daily or weekly reminders and also newsletters by e-mail if the participant checks the relevant box in response to the question about reminders.

I took that as meaning you could enter each day, rather than unlimited entries each day?

I can't find it but I do remember someone asking the same question on one of the social media and they replied saying you can enter as often as you like each day. However please don't quote me on that unless someone can confirm this.

Sorry to bump - I entered for the first time today - a black and white photo I took, of a gargoyle on Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris. I just got a message saying it has been deleted as it didn't meet the guidelines. Anyone else had this?

I fail to see how it is offensive in any way?

i got one deleted aswell, cannot remember which day it was but it was a picture of my son with a red nose attached to his face from Comic Relief

I got one deleted as well, it was for the pattern, I took a picture of the moon!

I read somewhere today on FB that they had taken the decision to remove any photos with children on, sorry I don't know more than that I was at work so didn't read it fully, but the post was today HTH
