Sorry to bump but I think this is going to be of those competitions where there are a number of "Creative" entries. I would have assumed that today's photos should be of where you live; on that bases at least one person lives in Disneyland and somebody else has just used a photo from the web.
This company ran a competition before where the winner was, shall we say, a little dodgy.Rational judgement, now, at this very moment.
