Well finally got the deed done on Friday, after all the nerves and worries it all went great, all the staff (ushers, reception, security, insolvency clerk and judge) were very friendly and made me feel as at ease as I could be.
I am not a particularly emotional person but when the Judge said those words and declared me "Bankrupt" I very very nearly shed a tear, the sleepless nights, the phone calls the worrying is finally being dealt with.
Now waiting for the OR interview but I don't have too many nerves about that, I have been completely honest in my petition so nothing to worry about on that front, he might squeeze me down more on my outgoings and put an IPA in force but other than that whats the worst that can happen.
Under no illusion that its going to be tough for a few years but lets be honest for most of us who have been through this and the stress of money worries its nothing we cant handle, so  heres to looking forward to the future and thank you all again for all the advice I have been given.
