Mini cruise update

I'm trying to get to the bottom of this notification of tickets on a Fred Olsen mini cruise to Guernsey.
Apparently there is a cabin booked in my name (only an inside however but never mind!!). Someone by the name of Patricia somebody has booked it but they could not tell me anymore due to confidentiality...she comes from somewhere like YOrkshire. I know nobody by that name. Do you think it is a competition win?
Does this happen, where you get no notification but you suddenely get tickets arrive? I'm really confused now.
