Hi
Our mortgage deal runs out in October and we need to remortgage....basically we bought our flat for £149,950 and were given £23,000 (15% of property value) by a key home buy initiative 5 years ago...we have had a fixed rate since then with Abbey...our flat is worth approx £200,000 and we want to buy the 15% back when we remortgage...we have been quoted 3yr fixed rate 6.04%...does anyone know of a better deal as this is quite a bit more than we thought we would get??
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks

Your proposed deal sounds OK to me.
