what order to pay off creditors

    but given that its the family member offering £300, if they creditors came after me directly that £300 then may no longer be available so there is nothing to go after....if that makes sense

    If it gets to 3 weeks, send a written complaint about the lack of response. Include a copy of the previous letter.

    they replied today, its being reported as an arrangement and looking on noddle there is a nice green circle against the lastest marker.

    They said that either a full settlement or just maintain the monthly agree it will show paid in full.....which is good
