Re-gassing of PVC double glazing

Not sure about this but recently read that someone was able to get their pvc double glazed window re-gassed instead of having to replace same! I have about four windows were the seal has broken and would be very keen to try re-gassing as some of them have stained glass panels in them! Does anyone know anything about this process and if so where in N.ireland - many thanks!

I've never heard of this being done, and if the glass is dirty on the inside, well, it's jolly hard to clean! We had several units in the conservatory which had failed, got them replaced a few weeks back. I think it's the only way.0

This would be a new one for me too. I have replaced several windows with several glazing experts and no one ever suggested that this was an option.Always overestimating...0

If there is condensation in between the panes, then it is usually down to a failure of the seal between the two panes. I am not sure if these can be easily repaired.
Traditional double glazing just has air between the two panes. You can get units filled with argon as argon has better insulation properties than air. If re-gassing means filling the units again with argon, then it would not really work as far as I can see unless the seals were repaired as well.0 -
The seals at the edge will have broken down, they will have to be repaired first. Simpler way is just to replace all0
