Cupcakes help

Next Thursday it's my sisters hen party, it's a pamper party so thought I would bake some cupcakes to bring over. I plan to make the cakes the night before but I'm not sure about the frosting, is frosting best made the night before or the same day? It wont be a fresh cream one it will be just the simple butter, icing sugar and flavouring with wafer discs added.

Either is fine, they will keep well.

I used to make my cupcakes and have them frosted the day before as it gave them time to "set" :)

I make mine the evening before, pop them in a Tupperware or tin overnight and frost them the next morning.

    Have a fab time!
