What else can I make in a soup maker ?

I have a soup maker, which I love and I make two to three different soups every week, which saves lots of money.
But I keep thinking, can I do stewed fruit in in ?
The idea is the same as the soup, it boils up the fruit, and the I can blend is as I wish - I haven't tried it yet, has any one else made other things in their soup maker?
Thanks I. Advance.

Just to let you all know - I have made apple, pear & orange stewed in the soup maker, I put it to chunky and when cooked, blended a little bit, so it was still lumpy.
Made up as I didn't have to watch it on the stove, making some into a crumble for pudding, the rest in freezer!
