HtB Equity Loan Question

Options
Morning all,

Hoping for some advice, seems like a simple question but after some googling I can't get a straight answer, and you ladies and gents are the only ones I suspect will respond quickly on a bank holiday!

I'm looking to buy a new build property via the equity loan help to buy scheme, but I just need to clarify the mortgage. Does it have to be a specific HtB product, as some lenders offer them, or can it be any mortgage product with the right LtV?

Hope that makes sense, cheers in advance!

In most cases, lenders have specific HTB Equity Loan or Affordable Housing Products.
