    hi, mine were all in uppercase,
    I just copied them & got..

    It wouldn't accept my captcha details in either upper or lower case so I refreshed the page, got a new captcha and that worked fine in upper case.

    I did this too and it worked. These have to be the most frustrating Captchas I've come across. I tried loads of times, using capitals, lower case, a mix, before I refreshed.
