Anyone had problems with Match competitions?

I won in march with them for tickets to a football game and a xbox one fifa 15 game but none have arrived and the game was last weekend! Has anyone else had any problems with them as i'm begging to think that I won't receive the game which I've promised my partner he can have. Ive emailed them but they are ignoring my emails now

I won something from them, it was like a football card question game. It never ever came. Even after chasing it a few times with them, and them promising to get the item too me. I gave up eventually.

hoping your prize turns up, as FIFA is loads of fun.

It could be an age thing as they clearly state on some comps that you have to be under 16 to enter. If they have your DOB anywhere on file they may have voided your entries and drawn another winner.
