Hi
I need financial advice but when looking at whether I need one, how to get one etc etc - it is with the view you are buying a product. I'm not sure whether I will be needing a product yet as I need general financial advise (should I sell, downsize, stay put, debt advice etc etc. Who would I turn to ? I have many pathways I could take but not sure which one is financially best. Thanks.

If its a mortgage then its a mortgage advisor.
If its pensions/investments then its a financial advisor.
If its like insurance - its either.
Call up a broker, let them sit down with you and go through the options.
I do occasionally sit down with people where their best option is to stay where they are or not worth the effort for what they would save. OK, it takes up an hour or 2 of my time, but thats part and parcel of the job.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I guess I could wrap up my situation in 5 mins. But then it may take up to half hr to hear options/advice. Do you do telephone advice - I'd obviously pay for your time ? Or am I breaching rules asking that? 😳0
