Morning,
I have been trying to find information on the internet but really can't find any informative websites.
i am due to end my fixed rate mortgage with halifax, i have a few questions:
1. Do i have to get my hour re valued to find putt he true value for my loan to value for getting a new mortgage?
If so, would I use an estate agent i.e your move etc
Thanks
