What do I do if I don't know the address of a creditor, in this case it's barclaycard, i've had letters from debt collection agencies from so long i don't have any statements with any address's on them and can't find anything useful online, having the same problem with a few other creditors as well, what should I put if I don't know?

I'm sure someone will be along soon to correct me if i'm wrong, but i believe the OR has all this sort of info to hand. So if your really stuck maybe leave blank and explain to the OR whyThe first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter

The OR does have a database/lint of contact addresses for most major financial organisations on their intranet, so all is not lost if you can't locate one.
Most banks or lenders will have a "contact" address on their website though, so if in doubt find it and put that. The OR will find out how to contact other sections if need be.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
