Halifax further advance

Hi my partner and I are applying for a further advance from Halifax. We were wondering as we already have a legal charge on our property from Halifax and a mortgage deed signed will they want a conveyancer to be involved or will they just release the additional funds to us once they have underwritten everything? They have already confirmed that they do not require a valuation as they are happy to rely on the desktop valuation and have sent a written illustration. Many thanks to anyone who replys

You only need a conveyancer for a further advance if you are purchasing additional land.Slummy mummy!0
