Credit Card on DMP

I'm going for a DMP through CAB, my wife is doing it for me as I am stuck at work. The only debt we have jointly is our mortgage which is in sort of arrears but we are hopefully sorting it, and can't be on the DMP anyway. The debts on the DMP are all in my name.

My question is, I have to hand all my cards in to be cut up but does my wife have to hand in any cards she does not hold jointly with me?

I am asking in case we need an emergency card, for such things as major car breakdown, unforeseen stuff that would require swift payment.
We would not want to use this card, but would like a safety net.

Not if there's only you on the DMP. She may have to hand them in if the lenders request them but not until then.
