Prize:

There is one prize consisting of:
a) A two (2) night trip for the winner and three companions to attend Crabbie’s Grand National on Saturday 9th April 2016 at Aintree Racecourse, Liverpool, UK and includes:
• Standard class return rail travel from the UK mainland station nearest to the winner’s home address to Liverpool departing on 8th April 2016, returning on 10th April 2016; unless the winner’s home address is in Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands, in which case, the prize will include return economy class flights to Manchester or Liverpool airport, followed by return rail transfers to Liverpool;
• Return private transfers between the train station or airport and the hotel in Liverpool;
• Two nights' hotel (4* minimum) accommodation (8th and 9th April 2016) in Liverpool on a bed and breakfast basis, based on winner and companions sharing two twin/double rooms (subject to availability);
• Four Golden Miller Restaurant hospitality tickets to Crabbie’s Grand National on Saturday 9th April 2016 at Aintree Racecourse, Liverpool including:
 Admission;
 Steeplechase car park label per couple;
 Race card per guest;
 Morning refreshment;
 Three-course lunch including house wine;
 Afternoon tea; and
 Complimentary bar from 11.00 am to start of final race (does not include Champagne or liqueurs).
• Return private transfers from the hotel to Aintree Racecourse.
The dress code for the Golden Miller Restaurant is smart casual (no trainers/sport gear permitted).
The prize must be taken between 8 April and 10 April 2016 and no other dates are available. If the winner and their guests are not available to travel on these dates or are otherwise unable to comply with the terms and conditions this may result in forfeiture of the entire prize.
The winner and their guests acknowledge that in the event that Crabbie’s Grand National does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided for this part of the prize.
Where the winner’s companions are aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended.
Alcohol must be consumed responsibly and by guests 18+ only.
Please note that either the winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit/debit card with available funds of at least £300 in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.
It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Prize Provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companions when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the Prize Provider.
The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK other than those stated in the prize inclusions, additional meals and drinks which are not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, additional treatments, gratuities, personal expenses and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
b) A cheque made payable to the winner only in the sum of £5,000 and deliverable to the winner within 20 days of winner confirmation. A signature will be required upon delivery.
