Can anyone answer 2 questions on Textbroker?

Hello, I have just learned about Textbroker from some posts in the forum here. I have a couple of questions.
As a student, I had to reference practically every line in the reports that I had to write by quoting academic papers. Is it the same here? I have looked on the website under "how to write orders" and can't find anything about quoting references. Do they ask for any references at all? Can you put URLs as references?
Also, I work full time. Could anyone tell me how long they allow you to write an average sized article? Can it be done part time?

Some orders will request you to supply references but most, I have found, do not - but URLs are fine.
Deadlines vary but for an average length article you will typically be given a day or two to complete it. It can be done around full time employment, but you obviously need to be motivated and committed.0
