All entries must be received by midnight on Monday, June 1, 2015. 6. The winner will be contacted within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prize as described is available on the date of publication. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value will be provided.
8. One winning entrant will win a two-night holiday for two to Maribor, Slovenia. The prize package comprises:
• Return economy class flights from London Southend to Maribor;
• Two nights accommodation in the 4-star Hotel Betnava, Maribor, based on two people sharing a twin or double room;
• Buffet breakfast;
• Map of Maribor
• Entry to the Old Vine House, with wine tasting included;
• 20 per cent discount at a selection of shops in the Shopping Centre Europark;
• Free shuttle to Casino Mond with €5 per person in playable chips; and
• A 60-minute relax body massage with Shea butter.
9. The prize does not include travel between the winner’s home and London Southend, travel insurance, transfers within Slovenia, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure they have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.
10. The prize is valid for travel for one year from the date of the winner being notified and excludes July 1 to August 31, October 27 to November 4, December 22 to December 31, Valentine’s Day and bank holidays. The winner and their guest must take all elements of the prize together.
11. The prize is subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
12. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
13. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
