few questions..... i have applied for a joint mortgage with my other half.

nationwide have done a soft and hard credit search i've seen it on experian- they have told me they only do it the once and our application has now progressed to the full structural and valuation on wednesday.

however i am worrying that they will run another one before completion... has anyone else had that?

i havnt missed any payments i have very little debit and what was left on a credit card has now been paid off but having used it in the first place- my credit rating has gone down because of this.,

cant wait till this is over... hope its soon :rotfl:

No such thing as a credit rating if you're referring to what you see on a credit report. This is a meaningless number so don't worry about it.

Lenders can run another credit check prior to completion.
