Fresh pasta, frozen & defrosted, ok to refreeze if cooked?

I froze some fresh lasagne sheets that I hadn't used before the 'use by' date.
Took them out the freezer to defrost this morning, ready to make a big lasagne for tonight as DD & her fiance were meant to be coming home.
Got home and found a message to say they can't come tonight now
and they're coming next week instead
Will the lasagne sheets be ok if I still make the lasagne and freeze it?
(I'm a bit doubtful because of the egg)

Everything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the end

Yes, no problem as long as you cook before you freeze it.0
