We're trying to track down a copy of the standard terms and conditions of Future Mortgages Ltd. If anyone can help we would be most grateful.
The company seems reluctant to provide, doubtless because they are aware of our intent. This is to assist in mounting a claim for the recovery of unfair arrears charges imposed on a former customer.

Sadly, lenders are never daft enough to let brokers anywhere near the T&C they send to borrowers with their offers.
