I was thinking the clothing looked high. But my original figures was baulked at for being to low. Compared to the figures on the Insolvency website for a family of three. Telephone includes everything. Telly, broadband and line costs. I'm afraid the monthly fines are for a driving offence.

Just had a look and think your figure for food etc is way too low.
I had my face to face with the OR in April past and had down the same figure for one person so think you need to up that figure for sure.

Bump. This my final SOA I can't look at my BR forms anymore I am dreaming about them. Going on Tuesday. Think I maybe high on a few things and low on others.

We are expecting a baby in September so that's why clothing seems a little high. But again it's still lower than the national average of a couple with one child. And with a baby on the way in September we are preparing for that.

Anyway wish me luck. I am petitioning at Liverpool. Anyone had any experience of this? I read that they used to do the OR interview the same day at one of the Three Graces buildings. But I think that isn't the case any more.

    Good Luck,

I was really worried about mine BR 2 weeks ago and OR yesterday.

I was open and honest with everything, explaining the landline bill in the additional notes, I don't drive so had £100 for travel & expenses which again I explained and showed I was still saving money from not having a car.

Just be really thorough, I filled 2 pages of the additional notes at the back of the 6.28 form and was really quick with getting all statements etc back to the OR afterwards, I think what I've learnt in the last 2 weeks is that Detail is key, if something is high explain why its high and vice versa for low.

My OR interview only lasted 15 minutes and I think that was because she didn't have a lot to ask as it was explained in the forms.

You will get no end of good advice from these guys on here.

    Good Luck on Tuesday

Liverpool staff were superb when I declared bankruptcy 9yrs or so ago now..the court staff were really helpful court lasted about 30 mins or so then the face to face visit (cunard building) lasted around the same time..whats happened since due to a huge workload increase some people may find a different OR dealing with their case from another area..but if it's liverpool I have heard they telephone interview now for the moment...you'll be fine I really really had worked myself up so much for nothing...:D

(try and avoid the drinks machine at court (moorgate) the coffee was terrible!!
