    Rather than accepting every poll and survey as being gospel maybe we could question statements like labour are trusted more on the environment than the greens how can anyone come to that conclusion when for instance labour would keep trident very environmentally friendly don't you think.

    I can think of one person who had very popular policies, it didn't work out well in the end

    I am particularly looking forward to the Greens outpolling the SNP in Scotland

    :think::think::think::think::think::think::think::think::think::think::think::think::think::think::think::think::think::think:

    And the Conservatives coming 5th in England.

    With the Greens 'set' to come second in England I can only assume that between now and the election there is going to be a mass cull of middle class people that don't eat organic food.

    It's not a prediction, it merely shows how little emphasis people place on policies because:

    a) they don't think they will stick to them
    b) they don't think they will need to use them, since they wont get elected.
    c) they don't read manifestos and don't have much idea what policies the parties (and in particular the anti austerity parties) stand for
    d) they are influenced more by gut feeling and personality
    e) they are influenced by peer pressure, subliminal propaganda from the media or tradition.

    All the same, an interesting idea might be to use this sort of questionnaire conjunction with voting. If they complete it people might get an extra vote, or the vote automatically goes to the party with most points.

    Anything's better than voting for Buffoons like Boris Johnson because he acts like a Fool.

    The people who believe the Tories are competent on the economy are deluded, at least one of their own has realised this.
    Veteran Tory defects days before poll, branding manifesto an "uncosted fantasy"

    I suspect that anything marked with the hashtag ToriesOutNow is probably a little biased.

    Millipede and the SNP in power is a recipe for disaster.

    I know companies that have paid July bonuses in April because they are fearful of this shower getting into power.

    The only good thing is, if they do get in, they will cause such damage and pain to the normal man in the street, they will never get in again for a generation.
