I am thinking of switching my loan and bank account to Natwest as Hsbc keep on messing me around with my direct debit and every month I receive a call from them saying it hasn't been paid when it has. My question is does anyone have a loan with natwest and is it all managed online like the statements and summary or is it all posted on a monthly/yearly basis?
Thanks hel

I used to have Natwest Loans.
You can see the Loan Listed as an account in online Banking showing payments being made, as well as interest payments the other way.
You get a yearly statement.

Oh that's cool. I was wondering if the loan process is any different between banks is it just based on your credit report?0
