Monthly Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to residents of the U.K, aged 18 and over. No purchase is necessary to enter.
2. To be entered into the competition, simply fill in the appropriate entry form.
3. The competition closes midnight on 30th April 2015.
4. Only one entry per email address.
5. Each form must be filled out in full to qualify for entry.
6. The prize is non-transferable and can only be received by the entrant that filled out the entry form. Blue Chip Holidays does not pass on data to third parties.
7. The winner of the £1500 Blue Chip Holidays voucher will be notified via email.
8. Standard booking terms and conditions apply.
9. The entries that are incomplete, illegible or fraudulent will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, corrupted or delayed in transmission.
10. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
11. If contact cannot be made with the winner of the Blue Chip Holidays voucher within 1 month, the prize will be forfeited. It is the winner’s responsibility to notify Blue Chip Holidays of any change in contact information.

5. This month’s prize is: 1 x Luxury three night’s holiday to Venice for four people staying in 2 rooms at the 5* Ca’ Sagredo Hotel with breakfast daily.

6. Additional prize conditions

a. The Prize will need to be taken before 19th December 2015;
b. The Prize includes return economy flights;
c. Airline seats are subject to availability;
d. Guests must be at least 18 years old;
e. The winner and their guests must travel together in both directions;
f. All elements of the prize package must be taken as part of the same trip;
g. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable;
h. The winner and their guests must abide by and are subject to the Airline’s published Conditions of Carriage;
i. Once tickets have been issued, they are only valid for flights, dates and times shown;
j. If a booking is cancelled, no alternative tickets will be issued;
k. Lounge passes and upgrades are at the cost of the winner and their guests;
l. Flight extras are not included in the prize (flight extras include, but are not limited to, on-board meals and drinks);
