    Apologies for being MIA throughout most of April, luckily I still managed the 4000 but only just. Hopefully this month I'll step up the game a bit as I had in previous months. I'll see how I go the next couple of weeks before taking up a place in June x

    Can you win on the Holland and Barrett instant comp more than once?
