Any help please Bristol and West

Options
I have been helping out my parents to try an get there adminisrtation fee back they were charged over £200 in 2004 and they had there mortgage back in the early 90's bristol and west have replied telling them that they are not entitled to any refund as there terms were charged by calculating charging interest until the end of the month and plus a further months interest plus a deeds relesae fee of £37.50 and the fee would have amounted to £267.57 but on the table of charges that was kindly put up on this site it shows that the redemption fee for bristol and west was 10 years ago that it was £50 plus 10 days interest plus £37.50 deeds release fee, what do they do now,

thanks
Kev.
