    I make my own almond butter and then put it on a date. Its delicious and its sweet! I also love to make hummus- so easy in a blender.

    I make up
    a tray of breakfast bars-oats , honey , peanut butter, milk(cows` ,oat , coconut etc) then throw in a handful of seeds and dried fruit , or banana , or choc chips if I`m feeling a bit naughty!
    they keep in the fridge for a good week ,and make for a very healthy and handy snack.
  • Cooked chicken breast pieces in a wholewheat wrap w spinach and salad cream is something I'll have before bed as a snack.

    Or oatcakes w peanut butter

    Or walnut halves dipped in peanut butter

    Or if I'm blending a smoothie to take w me somewhere that
