NRAM "lost" documentation

Has anyone else had issues with NRAM withholding or being unable to find documentation? After two subject access requests and a complaint to the ombudsman, they were unable to produce the original affordability check from my together mortgage took out in 2004 (property sold at great loss in 2009 and I am still paying shortfall). This document being vital to any mis-selling case. I was referred by the Ombudsman to the Information Commissioners office. After complaining to them, I have received notice (from ICO) that the missing documentation has miraculously been found! And as such it is likely that NRAM failed to comply with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998 in my case.

Still considering what to do next and awaiting response to another complaint regarding NRAM's conduct in dealing with the shortfall (failure to provide statements, information and bullying me into annual financial review).

Anyone else been fighting similar cases with NRAM?
