Work Pension - Scottish Widows or NEST?

Hi,
I have a current works pension with Zurich but my employer are now moving away from Zurich to either Scottish Widows or NEST due to the new pension laws.
I have tried to use Scottish widows but the service is poor, no one comes back to me and the account was setup completely wrong! Should i stick with Scottish Widows or move across to NEST? Some of my colleagues have moved across and said it was easy but i don't know of anyone that has been with NEST long term.
My pot isnt very big but i'm of the impression that Scottish widows have been so bad getting me into the pension, how bad will they be if i ever have an issue!?
Thanks
Darren

Nest is the worst pension as it is restricted and currently can't be transferred.
Having said this, you have to move from Zurich to keep your employers contribs so will have to choose one. I'd choose SW, and make them set it up properly.0 -
The pension changes introduced last year have strained all the major pension players. As Atush says once SW and others are over this hump their service standards will improve markedly.0
