Tracker with a cap - looks good deal

In researching my remortgage I came across this deal that looks like a winner to me. Just thought I'd share it to save others hunting.

Hinkley and Rugby BS are doing a lifetime tracker at 0.2% above base with a cap at 6.19 for 2 and a half years. And you can offset your savings account against it. Fairly high charges to get into it and you need a 20% deposit, but still comes out at 6.3 apr which isn't at all bad right now. If anyone's looking for a bit of short-term stability without loosing the benefit of a rate drop I reckon it looks pretty good. Anyone with more experience than me want to confirm or correct me?

    Hi

No experience apart from usual extensive searching and I defo had this one on my top 5 - Woolwich came in as a good one (well, for me) on a lifetrack tracker with no product fees.
