Hi just looking for a bit of advice.
I have a substantial default from 2011 for £8000, I'm currently paying this off monthly balance about £4000. It was for a credit card.
Would an adverse mortgage lender look more favourably on me if I satisfied this in full just now or continue to pay monthly.
Or does it really not matter, its a huge default and I'm just dreaming!!
Thanks in advance

Why would a lender wish to lend someone money when they couldn't afford to pay back what they've already borrowed.
That's the question to be asking yourself.0 -
There are lenders in the market for this type of business with lending up to 85%.
These mortgage lenders (which you access via a broker) do not insist that such defaults are repaid.I am a Mortgage Broker
