Including crest that will be cleared on an AIP

Afternoon

If I am going to clear credit card debt from the sale of my property do I need to include this balance on the AIP?

Only reason I ask is that obviously the amount that I can borrow reduces if I include it on the AIP online with Halifax for example.

Any advice or experience on this please.

You include it and tell them its being paid off

This does not work for all lenders - but as Bet says it does for Halifax.
