Looking for Mortgage Broker

Options
Hi Guys,

I am looking for a suitable mortgage advisor as I have been getting a lot of conflicting advice.

My situation is as follows

- 100% Shareholder of LTD company about to file 1 years accounts
- Under 25 and first time buyer

Need a specialist advisor who has experience securing mortgages for people with LTD companies and also 1 years accounts .

Any ideas?

Thanks,

I dont really see that you need a specialist advisor, just a decent one should be able to sort this out.

Any broker should be able to handle the case with one of the handful of lenders who accept such cases.

The case is not too tricky.

Of more important is whether the way the broker works fits in with the way you want the case handled (face to face - hand held/remote - convenient)
