Nationwide System Glitch

Hi, my broker called today to say that Nationwide have had a system glitch which means my mortgage application has to be re-keyed into their systems and re-assessed.
I have already waited a month for a mortgage offer.
Will this issue mean that I have to wait another few weeks or so for their final decision? Not sure if this has ever happened before or I am just very unlucky?
