Not sure I understand what you mean? Do you mean age is less of a concern if I have a big deposit? Which is what I was kind of hoping for.

Where I live, a decent 2 bed house is about 125-150 so I think the deposit is fairly decent in relation to the house price (If I am not mistaken.)
