No delivery on item ordered at Ideal Home Exhibition

Ordered an adjustable bed at the Ideal Home exhibition on 24th March, paid deposit and was accepted for finance over 3 years.
Delivery was 2/3 weeks. Heard nothing more since. No response to e-mails (I am deaf and do not like to use the telephone but will try tomorrow).
I have a Sales Agreement, but no Finance Agreement so do not know who the finance company is.
No monthly payment has yet been taken from my bank account.
I am now getting seriously concerned. In particular, there is a clause in the Agreement which says "The Company shall not be liable to the Buyer for late delivery or short delivery of the Goods" so does this mean effectively I cannot cancel and get my deposit back due to late delivery, assuming the situation is not even more serious!
Delivery date on Agreement says ASAP, letter given at time of purchase says 2 to 4 weeks.
Am I worrying needlessly?

Could you not ask someone to call on your behalf.
