ING Remortage - still a good deal?

Lucky enough to have no morgage just now, but looking to remortgage to raise funds to do some improvements. Looking to raise about £50k. Is ING looking the best.

No major outlays every month, just the Council Tax, so quite liquid.

Any advice/recommendations would be useful. Thanks.

    Hi BigZed,

Can't really give you any specific advice as I am not a financial expert. There are a lot of factors to consider. For example do you want a fixed rate, flexibility, etc.

Have you tried a mortgage comparison website like moneysupermarket.com.
