Hi
I have an enormous bag of mis-shaped Millionaires Shortbread and don't want it to go to waste, has anyone got any suggestions as to what I could do with it apart from eat it all:eek:?? Can it be made into any other desserts??
TIA
Sarah

Freeze it, and eat it incrementally over the course of the next year, rather than all in one go? Crush it up and use it as a cheesecake base? (Again, freeze the 'crumb' if you like - use them over the course of the next year as an ice cream topping?). Send it round to my son's house, and he'll let the kids loose on it?
I've got LOTS of experience with puddings - leftovers aren't much of a problem round here!!!!Reason for edit? Can spell, can't type!0 -

If you crush some up it could replace biscuits in virtually any tray bake. There's an awesome malteasers one doing the rounds at the moment. Crushed choc chip cookies (or millionaires shortbread
) mixed with crushed malteasers and melted chocolate. Stick it all in a tin and pop in the fridge until chilled and set
