in Reclaim mortgage fees, council tax, etc
Can somebody clarify please, on my annual Abbey BC loan statements their is a charge for 'Life Insurance ' shown on payment history as 'Masterplan Premium', can these payments form part of PPI miss selling claims, PPI is shown as a separate additional cost on the statements.

    No. Life assurance is life assurance. It not PPI. Making a PPI complaint about life assurance would be non-nonsensical as they are two different types of product.
