Uk to N.Ireland £122 return on ferry, good price?

Hi guys, i'm looking for the cheapest ferry price to being over our car + the 3 of us (2 adults and 1 infant). The date is November 21st (Wednesday) - November 25th (Sunday). Most are priced around £180 but i have found Cairnryan - Larne for £122. Now am i likely to find the other crossings cheaper the longer i leave it? Or is £122 a really good price? Finally i have to add on the petrol cost to it. As i'm coming from Lincoln it is a 6 hour drive which equates to £80 total cost of petrol. A 2 and 1/2 hour drive is available if i go across the pennines to liverpool thus saving me £45 off the petrol. As it is right now all liverpool ferries are around the £180 mark which tips me over the £202 by going north. Thanks in advance :)

It's a good price but maybe wait - there should be no problem with availability at that time of year, Liverpool might have daylight sailing offers.

On the Cairnryan routes, I wouldn't wait to book and pay, the price gradually increases as you get closer to the sailing date. Trust me, I know. ;)

think about using tesco clubcard deals to purchase stena or p&o routes.
you get 4 times the value but this will be charged at brochure prices.

if you dont have tesco vouchers these can be bought on ebay- should be a lot around soon as new mailing is due within next few weeks.

You will need to have about 40000 - 50000 points (about £40-50) as I said you can buy these on ebay will probably cost you around £80-100 but these can then be used to pay for trip in full.

    only 4,000 - 5,000 points (£40-£50) you're out by a factor of 10!

you get a lot more points if you do your tesco shopping online and get home delivery keep an eye out for extra points codes on this site, you can build them up pretty quickly (for the future, too late now!)
