BMW PCP Help

I have signed only an paper order form for a used BMW car which only states the deposit paid & total price left to pay. The sales advisor has not put his signature on it only his name. I have not signed the official pcp/finance contract yet as i am meant to pick up the car tomorrow at the BMW dealership. I have put a £500 deposit down already but have just realized the model i am after might not have a specification that was advertised on the Autotrader advert description. Before i test drove it i mentioned i have not driven a DCT(dual clutch transmission) model and was not corrected by the sales advisor if this car had it. I had driven it and noticed it didn't go in to 7th gear which i have only found now that it means it is not the DCT model. I am going to call tomorrow morning to confirm if it has it or not. If it hasn't and i want to cancel the agreement will i get my deposit back as i find this the be false advertising. If i still decide i want it can i demand a better deal with a lower monthly payment then.

Any help would be appreciated.

So was it advertised as a DCT model?
And how is it described on the order form you signed (which forms a binding contract to purchase the vehicle, as confirmed by your deposit)?
