Hello all thanks in advance for taking the time out to read this.
I got a CCJ back in Nov 2011, which i only recently found out about by getting my vredit report online,
Anyways as much as i ant to pay it i dont want to reset the date on it, IE if i pay it will it stay on my report for a further 6 years from the date paid or if i leave it unpaid will it just disappear in 2 years time?
I want to pay it, it is only £80 but i dont want it on my report for a further 6 years if you get what i mean
Any help is appreciated

It will stay on your report until 2017 then drop off, no matter what you do.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Thank you very much Fermi, I will pay it then since i have only just found out about it even though i am 110% sure i paid it in full already, Least it will show as settled on the credit report. which will hopefully make a difference0
