Still undecided about the houses I love the first one but cant help but think 2nd one is much more sensible, but i dont look at it and think wow like i do with the first one. i need to make a decision this week.
The first house is the one i have the mortgage agreed for, if i do go for the 2nd house instead would it be easy to get the bank to change it? it would be £7500 cheaper so i would hope the bank would be happy to alter it?
Anyway which ever house it ends up being the over payment pot is now upto £85, not alot, but still a good amount as i don't officially have a mortgage yet.
Ive finally got round to listing some items on ebay this weekend, i hate doing it so put it off for ages, ive never done very well with ebay so think tha'ts why it puts me off.
Ive also been thinking about my premium bonds, ive had £1500 for around 5 years and think ive won about £200 in that time, with £75 of that being won this year. Ive used peer to peer lending for few years, im considering moving the premium bonds into my p2p accounts as the interest would be higher than mortgage rate and would help pay it quicker. I know it's no brainer really but still have the thought in the back of my mind that i could win the jackpot on the bonds- not likely to happen but there always hope!0 -
if I could afford it, I'd always go for the "wow" house.0

KEY EXCHANGE ON FRIDAY:j
the other 2 houses i was looking at were taken off the market so i found another lovely house and its all going to be completed on friday, very exciting but also very scary to own my first house.
Ive been saving my "extra money" over past few months and have £430 in my mortgage overpayment pot, ive been putting it all in peer to peer lending earning between 2.8-4%, mortgage is 2.59% fixed for 2 years. I hope to be able to get it paid of asasp.0
