Hi there.
Have a mortgage going through with Virgin - so far super-fast - valuation instructed a day after full application, carried out three days later, report back two days after that (all fine). In the middle of all that they asked for an extra couple of documents- all sent the same day and now it's gone to "application assessment".
Any idea how long that usually takes?

They can be a lot slower than this but I would still expect you are on course for a good result.I am a Mortgage Broker
