Halifax mortgage application via broker - advice

Hi all.
I just wanted to check the process.....I've applied via a broker, AIP/DIP issued to broker. Valuation undertaken and ok. Then Halifax requested some more information, which they've been reviewing for a week. However in the post today I have received direct from Halifax a key illustration of the mortgage. It's not the offer but my question is, does that mean my application is now approved and my mortgage offer is imminent?

I received the KFI in the post from Halifax the same day as the mortgage offer. Albeit in a different envelope.0
