Thank you all for you're help. I do feel ashamed for getting into this situation but I need to do something about it. I'm thinking of delaying the DMP for a few months to get some kind of buffer.0

So we got letters about housing benefit and child tax credits and they've been reduced
Meaning we have a situation where out outgoings are more than our incoming. SC have given us some letter templates to send to our creditors offering a payment of one pound. I've no idea where to turn to next0
